My Story

I didn't always work with silicone and sculpting tools. My journey began in hair salons, where I learned the art of working with hair, texture, and detail. But my true passion was always somewhere else: in the worlds of fantasy, horror, and science fiction that filled the screens of my childhood.

Growing up in the '80s, I was captivated by the magic of practical effects in films

like Terminator, The Exorcist or Michael Jackson's Thriller. Those weren't just movies to me: they were windows into other worlds, made real by artists who turned imagination into something you could touch and believe in. I knew I wanted to be part of that magic.

That dream became reality when I had the opportunity to work as a special effects artist in

In 2012, I founded Idolls Workshop in Vigo, Spain, combining my hair work skills with my special effects experience. What started as a small project has grown into something I'm incredibly proud of: a workshop specializing in realistic silicone busts and lifesize movie character replicas for collectors all over the world.

Every handmade bust I create carries a bit of my heart. From the first mold to the last strand of hand-punched natural hair, I pour over 100 hours into making each custom piece as lifelike and authentic as possible. Using professional-grade silicone, hand-painted resin eyes, and traditional special effects techniques, I create collectible busts that don't just look like the characters, they feel real.
