Q: How long does it take to arrive?
A: Each piece requires different creation time depending on complexity:
   • Full Painted Busts: 4-6 weeks production + 2-6 days shipping
   • Painted Life Casts: 2-3 weeks production + 2-6 days shipping
   • Simple Life Casts: 1-2 weeks production + 2-6 days shipping
   
   We'll confirm the timeframe when you place your order. 

Q: I just placed an order. When will I receive it?
A: Your total delivery time = Production Time + Shipping Time. We'll send you updates the creation process with photos of your piece. You'll receive tracking information once your item ships.

Q: I have a deadline. Can you expedite my order?
A: Yes! If you have a specific deadline, please contact us before ordering. We'll work with you to meet your timeline. Rush orders may incur additional fees depending on the timeframe.

Q: Do you ship worldwide?
A: Yes, we ship internationally to nearly every country with DHL Express (2-6 business days) and full tracking. FREE shipping to US, UK, EU, and Canada!

💰 PAYMENT & PRICING

Q: Do you accept installment payments?
A: Yes, we offer two options:

   ✓ Idollsworkshop Installments: Interest-free payment plans available on select items (no additional fees). 
   ✓ PayPal Installments: PayPal also offers payment plans. Terms, interest rates, and eligibility are determined by PayPal—click "Learn More" next to the PayPal logo on the product page for details.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods through our encrypted checkout.

Q: Are there any hidden fees?
A: No hidden fees! The price you see includes the piece and packaging. International customers may be responsible for customs/import duties depending on their country.

🔄 RETURNS & GUARANTEES

Q: Can I return the product?
A: Due to the personalized and handcrafted nature of our pieces, we don't accept returns for change of mind once the bust is approved. However, we DO offer:
   ✓ Photo approval before shipping
   ✓ Full guarantee against manufacturing defects
   ✓ Replacement if damaged during transit
   
   That's why our approval process is so important—you see your piece before it ships!

 

Q: What if my piece arrives damaged?
A: All shipments are fully insured. If your piece arrives damaged, contact us immediately (max. of 24 hours) with photos. We'll arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

Q: What is your quality guarantee?
A: We guarantee our craftsmanship. If there's a manufacturing defect (not damage from use), replace your piece free of charge.

Q: Do you make custom items?
A: Yes! We love bringing unique visions to life. Fill out our
custom request form with your ideas, and we'll send you a no-obligation quote with timeline and pricing.

Q: How do I know it's authentic?
A: Each piece from Idollsworkshop includes:
   • A numbered Certificate of Authenticity
   • Our signature craftsmanship

📦 SHIPPING DETAILS

Q: Do I need to be home to receive my package?
A: Yes, a signature is typically required for high-value items. DHL/MRW will contact you via phone to arrange delivery.

Q: Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
A: We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes (except in the United Arab Emirates). Please, provide a physical address.

Q: What if I'm not in my country when it arrives?
A: Contact us before ordering! We can hold your shipment or adjust the delivery date to ensure you're available to receive it.

Q: How is my piece packaged?
A: Every piece is professionally packaged with premium protective materials to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. We take extra care with fragile details.

Q: How do I track my order?
A: Once your piece ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package in real-time through DHL or MRW.
