All purchase cancellations request must be sent within 12 hours after do the payment. After these 12 hours, we will start working on the order, so we will not accept any type of cancellation.
We do not do refunds. So please not purchase unless you are not fully sure you want the item. We will not do exceptions. Items are hand made, order by order, so it is important to notice that since the purchase we will began the developing process.
Only in cases where delay is idollsworkshop responsability, If develope days are over 30 working days after payment date and only by customer request, the purchase can be cancelled and the customer can be refund.
Shipping cost and re-send cost will be by customer's account in all cases that item return's are not idollsworkshop responsability. As example of cases by customer's account: wrong or missing adress, addressee absent., etc. So, please, make sure your address (and Paypal address) is updated for receiving BEFORE the payment.
We are not responsible because of the article's misuses from customers.
We are not responsible of missing or stolen parcels.
We are not responsible of any damage caused for or circumstance beyond us. Neither, for any damage or deterioration not reported within 24 hours after the reception of the item.
